Great effort has been made by Team Slingshot to listen to customer feedback and create solutions that satisfy our users’ needs.
Many of our customers have begun to utilize tablet computers and smart phones as part of their agronomic activities. Knowing Slingshot provides a highly reliable internet connection in the tractor cab, it was a natural fit for customers to begin requesting Wi-Fi enabled Slingshot Field Hubs.
Likewise, users of the Slingshot website went out of their way to meet with us at trade shows, in meetings, or reached out to us through Facebook or our website to tell us about changes they would like to see to the website, as well as suggest new functionality they would love to see added that will make the experience much more enjoyable and efficient for them. We have made great effort to improve our File Management and Sharing experience, as well as user-controlled data sharing between Slingshot Accounts. We have also made some improvements to our RTK and CORS management tools, making it even easier for users to configure their RTK settings. Finally, new Slingshot API functionality will make for improved data sharing capabilities with our Slingshot API partners.
These great new innovations are just the tip of the iceberg, and are 100% a result of feedback obtained by our customer base. The next time you see a Raven representative at your local farm show, be sure to stop in and provide us with your ideas on how we can make Slingshot better. Then stay tuned…
